These Good Community Standards apply to every photo or image you upload to TheUnFramer® — whether you’re placing a print order, sharing photos through Crowdshare, or submitting work as a Curated Pro creator. By uploading, you agree to follow them. Content that doesn’t meet these standards may be removed, and accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them may be suspended or terminated.

Hate Speech & Discrimination

Don’t upload content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment & Bullying

Don’t upload content intended to threaten, intimidate, demean, or bully a specific person or group. Don’t share someone else’s private or identifying information without their consent.

Sexual Content & Exploitation

Pornographic or sexually explicit material is not permitted. Any sexualized depiction of a minor is absolutely prohibited under any circumstance, with no exceptions — such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, regardless of age, is never permitted.

Minors & Model Releases

Ordinary, non-sexual photos of minors — family gatherings, birthdays, school events, and similar — are welcome. If you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, your upload itself serves as that consent. If you are not the parent or legal guardian, content featuring a recognizable minor must include a signed model release from a parent or legal guardian.

Violence & Graphic Content

Don’t upload content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes real-world violence, gore, or cruelty to people or animals. Credible threats of violence are never permitted.

Illegal Activity

Don’t upload content depicting or promoting illegal drug use or sale, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or any other unlawful activity.

Privacy & Right of Publicity

If your upload includes a recognizable photo of another living adult, you confirm you have their permission to use and display it. Don’t upload private or personal information about someone else without their consent.

Copyright & Trademark

Only upload content you own or have explicit permission to use. This includes other people’s photography, artwork, logos, and trademarked material.

Self-Harm & Dangerous Activity

Don’t upload content that promotes or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or extremely dangerous activities.

Impersonation

Don’t upload content pretending to be someone else, or falsely claiming authorship or ownership of someone else’s work.

Fraud & Misuse

Don’t use the upload system to scam, phish, distribute malware, or otherwise defraud TheUnFramer® or other users.

Regulated Goods

Don’t upload content promoting the illegal sale of firearms, drugs, or other regulated goods outside applicable legal frameworks.

Enforcement

We review reported content and may remove anything that violates these standards. Accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these standards may have their access suspended or terminated. Where legally required — including suspected child sexual abuse material — we report content and account information to the appropriate authorities.

Who Can Upload

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or upload content, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to do so.
